How does it work?

After purchasing a villa in Green Coast resort, by enrolling to our Renting Program, completely managed by our specialized team, you authorize us to rent your villa in selected periods of the year generating to you the rental incomes. The rental incomes will serve to cover your investment at a level of 6% of the villa purchase price for the first 2 years.


Who is it for?

Can benefit from this offer all new customers purchasing a twin, individual, or a 4-family villa in the Green Coast resort.


  • The renting agreement will have a minimum duration of 3 years.
  • Green Coast guarantees incomes at a level of 6% of the purchase price for 2 years starting from the agreement date. In case the rental incomes will be less than 6% of the villa purchase price at the end of the 2-year period, Green Coast will pay to you the difference.
  • The Buyer will use the Villa for a period of no more than (6) six weeks and the Buyer will not use the Villa during the period 1st of July – 31st of August. The buyer should inform in advance the Green Coast dedicated team regarding the usage from 1 May to 30 September excluding August.
  • Together with us, you may decide to decrease the guaranteed income and increase the availability of the villa for use on mutually agreed terms.
  • You are not entitled to rent the Villa individually or by other realtors during the 3 year period
  • The rental incomes for the investment guarantee will be considered the gross remaining incomes after the deduction of the 20% VAT. The remaining incomes after this deduction are shared between you (75%) and Green Coast (25%).
  • On a regular time basis, Green Coast will pay you the rental incomes by deducting all the property expenses related to utility payments, cleaning, supplementary services and rent income tax.
  • All the terms and conditions of the Renting Program will apply in order to ensure the guarantee of 6% for the first 2 years.

  • Green Coast reserves the right withdraw this offer from the market or modify its terms without prior notice



  • Is my investment safe?

Absolutely yes. In case you will no receive the expected incomes amounting up to 6%, Green Coast will compensate the difference.


  • Can I use the villa during the first 3 years?

Yes, you can use your home as a property owner. However, in order to ensure the return of the investment the restriction described in the notes sessions will apply. At any case, we recommend that you get in touch with our team in charge of the renting program.


  • Why do I need to choose Green Coast to rent my property?

Because Green Coast has a dedicated and specialized team in the rental management. With an extended network and potential tenants, Green Coast will help you find the tenants, advertise your property internationally wise, define the optimal rental price, collect the rental incomes for you and take care for all the rest.

  • Why do I need to get only 75% of the net incomes?
