The prestigious international magazine ‘The Plan’ has valued with the first prize the project of Lungomare in Green Coast Resort, at the solemn ceremony held in Venice Lido on May 18, 2017.
“The Plan” is one of the most popular European magazines dedicated to architecture and design. This magazine, through a professional board, evaluates annually with dedicated prices different projects like architectural, urban, environmental, and others.
The professional board of ‘The Plan’ made up of well-known international architects, urbanisit, journalist and critics, this year also has reviewed projects from different countries of the world in different categories, where for the first time Green Coast Resort project attended. Green Coast Resort project not only competed with the other projects from the world, but also won the first place in the category “Landscape”.
The promenade of the “Green Coast Luxury Resort” is a project that drew the attention of the jury and of the public for the challenges that emerged in its design and functionality. As it was specifically required to “mix” all the proper elements of nature, the sustainability of the terrain, and the aesthetic side of the project, in which this project ensured and planned to be in perfection.
The Project of the Promenade is elegantly designed by the Italian studio “Iraci Studio” – one of the best studios in Italy and Europe, which managed to realize a wonderful combination of the supreme nature of Palasë, with the traditional elements of the area like stone and Wood, the modern concept of beach promenades based on the best examples, with all the services that will be offered to help the economic development of the area, bringing facilities, accessibility and functionality for the entire Green Coast Resort project and for the area around.
The “Green Coast Luxury Resort” Promenade Lungomare is a project that adds value to the resort by enhancing also fun and relaxation opportunities for residents and visitors.
