Villas & Apartments for rent
1. Elite Deluxe
Elite Deluxe Villas are located on the front line of Green Coast with an area of 360 to 704 m2, just a few meters from the sea. The two-story buildings offer the largest interior and plot space of any Green Coast residence. The villas have a swimming pool and a sufficient land area that can be used as a playground for children. Each villa has its own parking space.
2. Elite Villas
The Elite Villas have the same features as Elite Deluxe Villas except for a slightly smaller space of 273 m2. All villas have a sea view, spacious rooms, unique styles, and modern furnishings.
3. Individual Villas and Small Individual Villas
The individual villas are located on the first three lines of the Green Coast with areas from 140 m2 to 656 m2. Being close to the sea, but far enough from the beach, they provide increased privacy. Each villa has its own parking space.
4. Big Twin and Small Twin
These villas are located in the center of Green Coast in different sites of the project and have an area between 146 m2 and 172 m2. You can enjoy the sunrise over the mountain and the sunset from the bedroom windows. The villa positioning supports the holiday home intimacy. Each villa has its own parking space.
5. Apartments (4 family villas)
These apartments, considered as family villas, are divided into 4 typologies based on the internal organizational structure and the space in m2. They are smaller and ideal for young couples and small families. All have contemporary architecture, a private courtyard, a sea view, and parking space.
